I. Function

A. Role and Objective
The Data Analyst is in charge to support our Accounting Team to gather, analyze and upload all kind of fleet reporting for our European customers. The objective is to transform data into information to enable our clients to support them in their decision-making process for optimizing the mobility supply chain on an ongoing basis.
B. Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion. Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analyst if necessary Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines Helping develop reports and analysis Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements. Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization Generating reports from single or multiple systems Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems. Providing technical expertise on data storage structures and data cleaning

C. Geographic Coverage
The function can be performed from any country, however location at the headquarter of Fleets International Enterprises Limited, U.K. is a plus.

III. Qualification

A. Skills Profile
Interpersonal (Soft) Skills: Client-oriented mind-set - empathy to understand client needs, provide appropriate advice and anticipate reactions Driven and self-motivated and able to work upon their own initiative within established boundaries Credible at all levels and able to present topics in a clear and meaningful fashion A passion for the timeliness of delivery whilst mindful of the importance of data and information accuracy Able to manage diverse, multiple tasks simultaneously and consistently communicate the status of the various tasks Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms Analytical Skills: Very good understanding of Fleets International Enterprises analytical tools Very structured and able to dig down route causes of issues to resolve them (not just surfacing problems) Good understanding of the leasing industry Required Skills Desired Skills Languages: Fluent in English French, German, Dutch, Italian or Spanish Software Skills: Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (ie Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Understanding of addressing and metadata standards Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
B. Background
Required Skills Desired Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science Business school degree Work Experience: At least 2 years’ experience as a data analyst of large, complex, cross-functional organization At least 2 years’ experience in the automotive industry Experience within a data driven intensive environment Experience within the leasing industry
