A. Role and Objective
Within a project for the fleet industry, you have the role of a Android & iOS Developer. In this role you are part of a small team of software engineers, who develop or further develop, test, integrate, document and maintain apps / APIs / features and services for company car drivers. To help us continue to offer the best experience for drivers, we are looking for a passionate mobile developer to join our team and fulfill our goal in achieving customer satisfaction. Our developer team is looking for an additional iOS / Android Developer to push our beautiful app to the next level. As a iOS / Android developer at FIE, you build new and innovative features in our Driver app and take part in the development of new concepts.We are looking forward to your ideas!
B. Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Optimize the functionality and quality of the app Work in close collaboration with our team of developers and Android/iOS/web experts to develop innovative new features Implementing and adapting mobile IOS/ Android Applications connected to the FIE CRM Systems Communicating with our consultants, project managers and developers Creating technical project documentations Integrate device and app analytics Car-interacting mobile apps for smartphones (Android / iOS) Deploy apps to Google Play and the Apple App Store Working in a motivated and innovative team with flat hierarchies Define Interfaces and work on implementation together with with embedded engineering Agile iOS / Android Development Perform quality test

II. Qualification

A. Skills Profile
Interpersonal (Soft) Skills: Enthusiasm for beautiful, pragmatic code and an eye for simplicity Driven and self-motivated and able to work upon their own initiative within established boundaries Credible at all levels and able to present topics in a clear and meaningful fashion A passion for the timeliness of delivery whilst mindful of the importance of data and information accuracy Able to manage diverse, multiple tasks simultaneously and consistently communicate the status of the various tasks Analytical Skills: Good knowledge of object-oriented software design and design patterns Very structured and able to dig down route causes of issues to resolve them (not just surfacing problems) Good understanding of the leasing industry Required Skills Desired Skills Languages: Fluent in English French, German, Dutch, Italian or Spanish Software Skills: Proficient use of: Microsoft Office products (ie Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Android Studio Java Objective C / Swift Xcode Passion for good software Good knowledge in software design You are skilled in object oriented software development and possess solid know-how of complex processes and workflows that need to be transformed technically You have already worked with the latest development tools (e.g. Eclipse) and are highly interested in CRM and cloud solution topics Proficient experience with client/server architectures using REST APIs
B. Background
Required Skills Desired Skills Education: University degree (2 years study after baccalaureate) Degree in Computer Science Work Experience: At least 2 years’ as a Software Developer At least 2 years’ experience in iOS (SWIFT / Objective-C) and/or Android Development Experience with source control (e.g. Git / GitHub) Passion for new technologies and enthusiasm Experience with software testing and testing frameworks
